State C. E. Convention At Rocky Ford In June
The Colorado Christian Endeavor convention will be held at the Rocky Ford Presbyterian church from June 18 to 21 with delegates arriving from across the state. Mr. Dunbar will direct the musical program and train a chorus for sessions. Visit to the Cemetery and Local Ditch Rescue
The community prepares for Decoration Day with Valley View cemetery becoming more cared for as gravestones and lawns are added. A child named Noonan narrowly escaped drowning when a boy fell into the Rocky Ford ditch near Maple avenue. Mrs. McPhail rescued him with a garden rake, saving him from the swollen water.

Braden Returns From Denver to Be With Father
Harry Braden arrived Wednesday from Denver where he met his father R. H. Graden of Beaver Falls Pa who will spend the summer in this city. Died.- On Sunday afternoon the 15 months old daughter of Mr and Mrs A B Shipman. Funeral services were held from the home on North Sixth street Tuesday by Rev Harter.
