Purdue Cooperative Tests Of Varieties For Indiana Crops

The Purdue University Agricultural Experiment Station offers Indiana farmers a limited set of leading corn oats cow peas and soy bean varieties for on farm trials. Four or five suitable varieties will be provided free to plant a quarter acre of corn and a tenth acre of other crops, with instructions and report at season end. Last year about 700 tests were run statewide and Bulletin No. 124 summarizes the results. Copies of the bulletin are available.
