Mrs Lettie Singleton known as Aunt Lettie dies at her Richland City home after a long life of farming in Luce Township. She was born in 1811 in Hardin County Kentucky married to James Singleton in 1829 and raised eleven children on the Spencer County farm. She united with the Christian church at ninety four and was remembered as fearless blunt yet kind with charity and godliness. Funeral held at Richland City Christian church with interment in family grounds.
