Rockport Schools Reorganize Grades and Add Domestic Science

Increased high school attendance and new domestic science courses prompt a shift of grades six to eight to the Seminary building on January 3. The domestic science department will occupy the second floor with a donated range from the Rockport Woman's Club. Yuletide at Byers Home Recounts Old Time Festival

An old time Yuletide celebration was hosted at Uriah Byers home near Nyenson last Saturday. Guests worked on spinning and carding wool while candles lit the winter scene. They shared mush and milk and pumpkin pie and played games such as Quaker meeting in a standing room only gathering.
