A billy goat on Fifth Street fled a pursuing dog last Monday. It leaped through a window at Feigal’s blacksmith shop, climbed stairs to the second floor, smashed another window, and jumped onto the porch before tumbling to the street fifteen feet below and finally escaping unharmed.
