Snow Plow Crash Injures Two Inwood Men
Two men from Inwood were hospitalized after a Lyon County snowplow, loaded with gravel and sand, veered into a ditch south of Doon following a collision with a train. Gerald Haas and Jim Smith sustained multiple injuries. the vehicle suffered about 6000 in damage. Investigators from the Lyon County Sheriff’s office and highway patrol examined the scene with no charges filed yet.
