No injuries in two car accident in Rock Valley
Rock Valley police report no injuries after a two car crash Tuesday night. Grace Teunissen, westbound on 15th, signaled to enter a driveway and was sideswiped by Wesley Huisman who tried to pass. Damages were about 200 dollars to Huisman’s 1966 Chevrolet and 75 to Teunissen’s 1965 Ford. Huisman received a summons for failure to stop in assured clear distance.

Landhuis Gets Letter on Death Of Sister-in-law
John C. Landhuis of 1417 Lith St received a black edged letter from brother Johanné of Holland announcing the death of his sister-in-law Cornelia Zandwyk Landhuis. She died February 14 at age 68 after a long illness. funeral services were held February 18 at 2:00 p.m. at Ned. Herv Kerk Reformed Church in Vriezenveen, Holland.

Crazyer, chairman, said ASCS computes advance amounts based on signup intentions and forwards payments as soon as possible. Crewmembers enjoyed deep sea fishing skin-diving water skiing and parachute rides plus tours of La Quebrada high divers and the Flying Indians of Papantla. Saint Pauls stop served as a break before deployment preparations for spring.

Steve Timmer son of Mr and Mrs George Timmer will join the 80 member Iowa State University Symphony Band on its spring tour through 10 communities in Missouri Illinois southeast and southwest Iowa. 2 Vehicle Accident On Highway 18
The Rock Valley police reported a two car crash Saturday forenoon on Highway 18. Delmar Van Maanen slowed to make a left turn, Mrs. Wynia stopped, and Norman Van Voorst attempted to pass, causing damage to Van Voorst’s 1967 Ford and Van Maanen’s 1954 pickup. No injuries were reported and Van Voorst was ticketed for improper passing in city limits. Behind the Iron Curtain, juvenile delinquents in care are known as Hittle red riding hoods.
