In Olio on Nov 10, David Kurran aged 60 was killed by his tenant Potter Michiel also 60 who fatally shot him. The report notes long standing trouble between the men and the fatal shotgun blast to the head.
A typhoon struck Hong Kong last night and raged into the morning. A British gun boat was sunk and the crew were rescued while native craft suffered heavy damage and loss of life.
