A 24 man posse with Langley and Princeton officers pursued four robbers, capturing two near Sheffield and pursuing others east of Wanee. Fisher had ten years with the railroad and hailed from Escanaba Michigan.

Columbus Ohio March 13 Emory Latianner state superintendent of banks W L Finley chairman of the democratic state committee A V Abrehthy secretary of the state tax commission and M A Coller chief Clerk to Lattamer were indicted to pay for violations of the state civil service law. All had anticipated the action and presented bonds aggregating more than two million the sureties being Columbus financiers and business men. The defendants were released on 1000 bond the court holding the large bond tendered not necessary.
