The largest mortgage in Scott county was filed yesterday by the Chicago Burlington & Quincy Railway Co to Central Trust Co of New York and Oliver M. Spencer trustee. Dated March 2 1908 it runs 50 years to March 1 1958 and covers 33 pages though $175000000 is earmarked for calling in outstanding bonds. Recording fee was $19. Also notes on Turnfest Davenport plans and assorted local notices.
