The United States circuit court enjoined Chicago, Indianapolis & Louisville Railway from honoring a Munsey's magazine contract for tickets worth 54 in exchange for ad space. The decision questions the fixed value of advertising and upholds strict equality in interstate commerce. An appeal to the Supreme Court was filed by the railroad.
