Ossining New York January 29 Albert Wolter was electrocuted at Sing Sing Prison at 541 am for the murder of 15 year old Ruth Wheeler on March 24 1910. The girl came to Wolter s flat seeking work and he killed her after she had been mistreated and burned the body. Wolter left a statement denying the crime.
