Nunzio Nasi Receives Eleven Months Eleven Days Sentence

Rome reports Nunzio Nasi former minister of public instruction was sentenced to 11 months and 20 days in prison for continued peculation from the state treasury. Priest Shot at Denver Church in Anarchist Feud

An Italian anarchist, Guar macelo Guiseppa, shot Father Leo Heinrichs at St Elizabeth's church in Denver as he received communion. The priest died after declaring the final words of prayer. A letter signed Black Hand threatens to blow up 2,000,000 pounds of smokeless powder at Iona Island unless 30 to 40 discharged married workers are rehired. Six Die In Crash On Rail Crossing

A coach carrying five men and four women returning from a basketball game in Nyack was struck by an Ontario & Western Mountain express at West Nyack crossing. Four were killed outright, two died later, and three others were hospitalized with serious injuries. Names include George Reith and Bertha Singer.
