Mrs Solomon Meeder left town for East Moline after visiting Hampton relatives. Easter exercises at the Methodist church were held under the Sunday school supervision with a mission fund contribution. The Gilbert and Watson show performs at Pulscher Hall nightly. Next Sunday services include 11 a.m. preaching at the Methodist church by Rev. W. S. Reed and 2 p.m. at the Congregational church with Rev. Mr. Wilson of Port Byron. Mrs Anna Adams and daughter Mrs Clara Holland return to Hampton for a summer visit.
