Parkland to receive 1.8 million tax sharing payments
Rural Development Minister Jack Penner announced August 23 that Parkland area governments will share 1.8 million in provincial municipal tax sharing. The basic per capita payment rises two percent to 40.65 for 1989 from 39.70 last year, with grants listed for Hillsburg, Shell River, Roblin, and Park LGD.
