Mr and Mrs R Ross Henderson visitors to Saskatoon by motor. Mrs Geo Fisher and Mrs Jim Adams visited Mrs Roberts last Monday. I Bater son of Rev Bater, former local pastor, was a business visitor. Mrs George Gardner suffered a serious accident last Sunday falling in cellar stairs. George Gardner and Orton McCorquindale visited the All Stars game in Virden last Tuesday. Hall mass meeting Tuesday had light attendance. An interesting farmer problems discussion followed Arnott address on Monetary Reforms.

Legion Notes Observance and Banquet Announced
November 11th will be observed with a memorial service at 11 a.m. All are urged to attend the two minutes of silence. The annual banquet will be held in the T.C.F. Hall in the evening. A church parade is planned for Sunday the 18th to the Anglican Church.

A reception for close friends was hosted by Mr. and Mrs. J. Collins on Wednesday. Crowds attended the Gathering o the ans dance at Roblin last Friday night for a very enjoyable time. A surprise party honored Mr. and Mrs. W. Clarkson at the Collins home on Wednesday night. The couple received a beautiful tray from the community, presented by Mr. Harry Thompson with the address read by Miss Violet Nott.
