Curling Club Plans Mixed Winter Season At Hotel Meeting
At a well attended meeting on Thursday November 18 in the sample room of the hotel members voted to continue a mixed curling club this winter. Officers named include President William Hornsby Vice President Mrs Geo Kelso Secretary Mrs Jas Thom and Executive Miss Joan Glover J Adam and Geo Aitken. Season fees set at 3 dollars with J L Mitchell appointed draw committee. Members urged to sign up at Mitchell's Drug Store before December 1 and a follow up meeting on December 2 will set rinkdraws and game schedule.
