Remembrance Day Service Held in Community Hall
A large crowd gathered for Armistice Day observances in the Community Hall on November 11. Rev Bates of Kamsack Anglican Church led the service, Mr Simpson of Makaroff United Church read scripture, and Rev Spence of Westminster United Church delivered the message. After the parade to the Cenotaph, legion members laid wreaths to honor fallen comrades, followed by a brief service.
