The Ladies Aid announce a Fowl Supper Concert and Bazaar on November 19 with adults 50 cents and children over six two pence. The event begins at six o clock and all are welcome.
The United Church announces Sunday services led by Rev. Robert Harvey. Notable items include The Royal Livery, The Unnamed Heroes, and Children’s addresses by Stanley Jane Cromarty and at Roblin. Sunday School plans and saluting clarions featured.

Soraislits Wderol plans a 25 million dollar investment for a hydroelectric scheme at Smoky Falls near Kapuskasing, with a 8000 hp water power and a small sulphite mill existing nearby. The project was announced by Secretary Adolf Ocha during a Line RE event. Students from England and Canada, aided by the Canadian Pacific Railway and the Women's British Immigration League, were brought to Saskatchewan for farming programs and will resume studies in England this fall. Prosecutor G Walter Booth noted American hunters increasingly choose Canadian grounds for game, with Americans showing strong interest in Canadian resorts during his duck-hunt trip and trips to northwest Crabee.
