Shell River council rejects church zoning change near Roblin
The Shell River council declined a proposed amendment to Highway 5 zoning that would allow the Evangelical Mission Church of Roblin to relocate to the former North-West Implements building east of Roblin. Reeve Albert Nabe cites concerns about future industrial and commercial development and the current commercial industrial zoning. The church board must decide whether to pursue a formal planning district application.
