Roblin Council Minutes Record 1980 Court of Revision
Roblin village council met March 5 1980 chaired by Reeve Rogers with councillors present. After approving previous minutes the court of revision lowered multiple property assessments across sections and quarters in Makaroff and surrounding areas. The session adjourned to ordinary business and by laws to open public highways in several townships were introduced read and passed.

Canon Cousins officiated at the funeral of Mrs Stroke White. Blacksmith moved shop to new location under chestnut tree. Elizabeth Strike died after long illness near Sherdale. She leaves husband Farnest Strike, three sons and three daughters. Deep sympathy extended by the community.
