Students at Makarof High School won several prizes and noted blisters from an event. Deepdale WI Meets At Ro Heomer Son Home
Deepdale WI held its February 22 meeting at Mrs Ro Heomer son's home with 10 members present. Attendees discussed arranging joint committees for the upcoming Makar oa and Deepdale institutes meeting to be held in the Church in spring. A report from Hospital Aid delegates was given and a lunch was served. The next meeting will be at Mrs H Purcell's home on March 28.

Makaroff rinks placed second in the Grand Challenge, first in the Penniston event and third in the Consolation at the Togo Hien School Bonspiel.
