The Dauphin based gathering of the CCF Association of the Federal Constituency of Dauphin met at the King's Hotel Banquet Room with representatives from Roblin Grand View Ochre River Ethelbert Dauphin and others. Lloyd Stinson provincial CCF leader spoke introducing New Party proposals and a democratic constitution.
