Two Men Arrested in Local Robberies

John Mincher 75 longtime Roanoke Rapids resident buried today at Roanoke Rapids Cemetery after funeral services at 309 Madison Street led by Rev. Gordon L. Price. He died Tuesday night after a prolonged illness. Survived by widow, three sons Bee Willie and John Jr. one daughter Etta sister Blanch Rideout of Tarboro brothers Leo William Walter and half-brother Hillary.
