Recorders Court News Driving and Assault Sentences

Cliff Barkley of Enfield was found guilty of DUI and fined $100 plus costs. Exsie Smith of Scotland Neck pled guilty to assault on his wife and received 12 months suspended on good behavior for two years with a $25 fine and costs and abstaining from alcohol. Joseph Hamill of Littleton pleaded guilty to reckless driving and was fined $20 plus costs.
