Letters On Read Editor The Herald

On November 7th 192 small percentage of the North Carolina voters voted to retain th Eighteenth Amendment. Since that time the Eighteenth Amendment is a thing of the past, but we still have the Turlington Act which is becoming destructive to the State, especially to the cities, towns and counties along the several bor ders. When any law or any form of law becomes as destructive to the people as the Turlington Act has it is the undeniable right of the people to alter or destroy that law.
