Recorder Saunders discharged him after Patterson showed purchase of Shute’s watch chain and Dave Curry’s watch. Authorities seek the alleged black market seller of the goods to Patterson. Pen Pertilla William Underdue Manson Belfield, all colored, charged with entering the Roanoke Mills home with deadly weapons, bound over under fifty dollars. Underdue’s case involves carrying deadly weapons. Pertilla’s and Underdue’s cases deemed serious.
