Death of Robert Pugh at nine o clock Saturday
Robert Pugh died June 29 at his father's home near Vulture Northampton County after a long illness from tuberculosis. Interment was at St Luke's Church in Northampton with services by Rev N C Duncan of Weldon. A Roanoke Rapids U A M lodge funeral was held. He was about 30 and formerly worked for Roanoke Rapids Power Company. He was known as an honest, devout man with many friends and deep community sympathy goes to his father.
