Grace Maternity Hospital reports caring for nineteen hundred twenty six women and children last year. The data highlight patient volume and maternity services provided by the institution during the period.
The Salvation Army runs the Children's Annex at full capacity with 235 children cared for last year. The organization acts as parent to many, while mothers receive care in the Maternity Section. Most patients pay nothing yet receive full treatment, supported by 23 social institutions serving country and region.
Sunday morning and evening services at Daly Church featured Rev. Hislop Dixon delivering sermons to large congregations with special choir music. Monday night hosted a bountiful fowl supper by the Daly ladies followed by an eight o'clock church concert packed with an Anthem by Rivers Union Choir and speeches and musical pieces including solos, a trio, and instrumentals. Rev. Mr. Sallans served as chairman.
