The Rivers Agricultural Society held its annual meeting at Oddfellows Hall after reading the Auditors’ Report showing healthy finances. G L Davies was elected President with O C Harvey and Jas McFadden as first and second vice presidents. The old board of directors was re elected and new members H Booth R W Dunsmore RK Madden Alex Beattie Frank Bridgeman added. J F Bowman agreed to act as secretary pending appointment.
