On Oct 19 the town council accepted a 6.3 million project for a new complex by T L Penner Construction of Kola. Groundbreaking followed with events on Oct 23 and early Jan saw siding begin on the east end while workers covered the roof and trenches remained on the west side near Main Street and Highway 25.
