Manitoba TOPS honors weigh loss kings and queen
Bill Belsham of Winnipeg and Margaret Black of Brandon were named Manitoba king and queen of weight loss at TOPS provincial recognition days in Brandon. Belsham shed 28 pounds and Black 66 pounds, earning spots among Manitoba’s top performers who represented Canada and the United States at international days in Chicago. The Rivers chapter holds weekly weigh-ins at Riverdale Health Centre at 6:30 p.m.
