Death of Henry Engelman at 53 in Dal Ton
Henry Engelman died at his Forest avenue home in Dal Ton on Saturday at 7 10 p m after five days of heart trouble. He leaves a widow, three sons Henry Adam and George and two daughters Anna and Elizabeth, plus a step-mother two half-brothers and two half-sisters. Funeral services were Tuesday afternoon. The body rested in Oaklawn vault awaiting his mother from Fresno before interment.

Robbery at Crete Bank Strikes Main Street Institution
The Farmers' State Bank of Crete was held up shortly after 10 am by two men who forced cashier Otto Rohe to open the cash drawer. Rohe was alone in the Main Street bank during the robbery and $5,500 was taken.
