Riverdale Delinquent Child Ordinance 1908 In Effect
Riverdale passes an ordinance defining delinquent minors and restricting late night public presence. It requires police to file Juvenile Court petitions and allows custody actions, with fines up to five dollars for non delinquent minors and a near night time curfew from April to September. The measure was approved November 1908 and published November 13 1908.
