Veterans Day Services For Honored Dead

Veterans Day observances will be held in Dolton and Riverdale on Saturday morning November 11. Local veterans groups including Paul Gall Post 303 American Legion and several VFW posts will participate at the Doughboy Monument in Dolton village hall. A drum and bugle corps will perform, wreaths will be laid, taps will sound, and a rifle salute will conclude the ceremony with residents invited to attend.
