The program includes America audience song glee club, addresses by Katherine McLaughlin and Frances Logan, and a salute to the flag. Community drives patriotism through large fund drive
Riverdale Dolton and South Holland report substantial contributions to a government fund drive. South Holland subs 40,000 quota with 50,800 raised, Dolton 40,000 quota with 59,850 raised, Riverdale 40,000 quota with 48,250 raised. Riverdale 33rd Precinct adds 25,000 quota with 26,850 raised. About 40 volunteers canvassed households led by Horace Holmes and others, donating their time.
