Dolton voters backed a Citizens ticket led by Edith Dalton with a women’s slate for trustees and a police magistrate, while Riverdale had no contest and Harvey’s red hot primary chose two mayoral candidates Frank Bruggeman and Matt Stobbs along with eight commissioners advancing to April runoff and a police magistrate bout between Judge Applegate and Judge Heckler.
