Fred G Schnoor son of Charles C Schnoor was born December 28 1877 in Dalton. He died June 10 1927 after paralysis while traveling for business in Decatur. He leaves his wife daughter ten siblings and many relatives. Interment at Oakland cemetery with final rites by Rev W Kries.

Edna Baird of Glenview and Willis Clark of Northfield were selected as the healthiest girl and boy among 50 000 pupils outside Chicago city limits after final exams by three physicians. President Here Special Train Through Delton and Riverdale
About a thousand locals saw President Coolidge and Mrs. Coolidge as their eight coach train passed through Delton and Riverdale on Tuesday evening. The couple waved from the platform at several street crossings and Mrs. Coolidge greeted a girl at 187th place. The train carried 80 people including reporters secretaries and White House staff. The president will spend the summer in the Black Hills.

Lucile Verhoeven Dies After Long Illness
Lucile Ruth Verhoeven a prominent Chicago stenographer and businesswoman died at her apartment 2287 Commonwealth Avenue on June 12 after years of illness. She built a large stenography firm and worked actively until shortly before her death. Funeral services were held at Ascension church Harve y with Requiem Mass. Interment was in St Joseph's cemetery Hammond. She leaves her father August Verhoeven three brothers John A August George and six sisters Anne Philomena Mary Eleanor and Laura and many relatives.
