Pullman Co Receives Large Order for Santa Fe Cars
The Pullman company has received an order for seventy five cars from the Santa Fe railroad, including eighteen regular coaches, twenty chair cars, ten smoking cars, three parlor cars, three mail cars, twenty baggage and mail cars, and one combination coach and baggage car. Completion is expected by June 30. A second small order covers two combination mail and smoking cars for the C and E I, with further expected orders from Pennsylvania Line.

Installed Officers of G W Spencer WRC Held at Riverdale
The annual installation of officers for the G. W. Spencer Women’s Relief Corps took place Friday afternoon January 6 1928 at Riverdale Village hall. Mrs Anna Engel installed officers including Clara Middleborn as President Minnie Cras hall as Senior Vice President Florence Engel as Junior Vice President and Mary Furgeson as Secretary. A program followed with two musical numbers and readings by Alice Middleborn Bobby Ripley and Mary Ferguson, then a luncheon served by Corps members.
