Tony Robota and Charles Rianos clashed at the C&EH I rip track on 147th street last Tuesday. Rianos was struck on the head with a wooden stick and rushed to County hospital with severe injuries. Robota was arrested by Officer Harry Packard and transferred to County jail after a preliminary hearing before Judge Blumgartner. Trial is scheduled for December 29.
