Dolton approves Pasquinelli plan for 146th Street lots
Dolton trustees approve an ordinance adopting Plan Commission recommendations for Pasquinelli’s Second Addition to Meadow Lane. One lot per block will be removed to enlarge remaining parcels to 45 feet, widening 146th Street to 31 feet and opening Kimbark Avenue as through street with traffic controls. A two month sack refuse survey will begin September 15 with 417 homes in area 6 blocks wide.

Police Seize Pair In Drug Fraud Case
Dolton police filed a complaint against Ronald and Sandi Pawlowski for attempting to obtain Desoxyn by fraud and deceit at Jewel-Osco. Mrs Pawlowski admitted the prescription was for her husband and police linked Ronald to a prior arrest. They were released on $1000 bond with a Sept 22 court date. An upcoming Civil Service examination for police clerks is scheduled Sept 8.
