Dorchester Club Membership Rules and Sponsor Details
The Dorchester Club welcomes any citizen of good character for membership including family. Dolton residents had first chance, then invitations extended. Board of Governors to be elected, with resident members and a resident manager. Club will be tax paying and governed by simple by laws. Membership is a lifetime contract, no stock, no special assessments, dues tied to services and usage. Land and capital provided by Henning E Johnson & Sons of Meadow Lane Homes.
