Abrazos Fundraiser Highlights Child Development Services
Bernalillo hosts inaugural Abrazos Family Support Services breakfast to raise funds for 40 more children with developmental delays. The event, led by Rio Rancho Mayor Tom Swisstack and Bernalillo official Maria Rinaldi, also features a video on Abrazos therapies and local needs as 562 Bernalillo students and 2,000 Rio Rancho children with special needs are noted. The discussion stresses early intervention and inclusion, with Abrazos offering speech, cognitive and physical therapies for infants and young children.
