Temporary administrator named for Rio Rancho council
The Rio Rancho City Council named Director of Finance Hal Donovan as temporary city administrator at its last meeting. Donovan will serve until a permanent hire is found around November first, while Bill Snell remains absent due to illness since July 1. Donovan stated he is willing to take the job, and several councilors warned the duties will be extensive, with follow ups needed on several items.
