Archbishop to bless new Rio Rancho mission church this Sunday
Archbishop Michael Sheehan will celebrate Mass at 9 a.m. at the Mission Church of the Incarnation in Rio Rancho, blessing the $245000 facility at 2309 Monterrey Road. The building serves up to 450 with St. Thomas Aquinas as mother parish, reflecting growth from Mountain View Middle School attendance of about 400 and 4100 registered families in the archdiocese.

State DWI rates decline in New Mexico
State Highway and Transportation Department reports alcohol related deaths this year total 118, down from 135 a year ago.
