City wide Crimewatch set to form in Rio Rancho
Rio Rancho prepares for a city wide Crimewatch Association with a public meeting tonight at 6 pm in the Presbyterian Family Healthcare meeting room. Spokesperson Dean Ramacker says representatives from six City Council districts will coordinate alerts to residents, aided by the Department of Public Safety. Residents will be asked to report suspicious activity, acting as a liaison between the public and law enforcement as by laws are proposed.
