Rio Rancho approves 6.8 million road bond sale
Rio Rancho City Council approved selling 6.8 million dollars in gross receipts revenue bonds to fund 15 years of road projects without a tax increase. The plan directs funds to Englam Road and improvements on Northern Boulevard Sara Road Rainbow Boulevard Pine Road and Star Heights.
