City to pick Unser bonds underwriter for road project
Rio Rancho City Council plans to select an underwriter for about 2.7 million dollars in revenue bonds to fund the Unser Boulevard project from the Sandoval County line to Southern Boulevard of roughly 1.6 miles. Finalists Eppler Guerin Turner and a Kious/Boettcher joint bid.
