City weighs full time mayor plan for Rio Rancho
City considers charter changes to make the mayoral job full time with a charter review panel named by City Manager James Jimenez. The committee will study term limits, discipline for the city manager, which boards are in the charter, meeting postponements and voter ID. Recommendations due April 11 with charter review ending Oct. 13 2011 and any changes put to voters in March.
