City council approves Impact Fee program amid debate

County crews start grading Unser Boulevard from Cherry Road to connect with NM 44 west of Bernalillo. The six and a half mile expansion includes drainage work, subgrading to 40 feet wide, and eventual paving by mid-1996 with a final cost of 788 530 dollars. Traffic detours will occur during construction.
